This is an application seeking exemption from filing originals/certified/cleared/typed or translated copies of documents, left side margins, electronic documents, etc.

Original documents shall be produced/filed at the time of Admission/Denial, if sought, strictly as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.

It is stated in the petition that disputes arose between the parties with respect to an agreement dated 18th October, 2017. Subsequently, vide an order dated 15th February, 2022 in Arb. P. 268/2020 this Court appointed an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties and a three member arbitral tribunal was constituted. The ld. Arbitral Tribunal entered reference on 18th April, 2022 and the pleadings before the tribunal were completed on 14th December, 2022. The mandate of the ld. Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 18th April, 2024. 7.

Ms. Salwan, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the final arguments have been concluded and only the award is to be passed. She further submits that the ld. Counsel for the Respondent is from Dehradun and he does not have instructions to appear in the matter today, though she has communicated the listing of the present petition to him telephonically. 8.

Considering that only the award is to be pronounced, the mandate of the Tribunal is extended by six months.

The petition is disposed of.
