Counsel for the respondents accept notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are similarly situated as in the case of Ex. HC/GD Sanjeev Kumar whose writ petition has been disposed of i.e. W.P. (C.) No. 641/2019 on 22.01.2019. Counsel for the respondent submits that this Court had disposed of the said writ petition with liberty to the petitioner in that case to approach the respondents by setting out full particulars of each of the petitioners. send replies individually to the petitioners in that case. She further submits that it needs verification that whether the petitioners have made their respective representations. To this learned counsel for the petitioner submits that each of them has made their representation and he relies upon a copy of the representation filed on record.
This position is disputed by learned counsel for the respondents in W.P. (C.) No. 7472/2019.
