There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents/ landlords submits that, as recorded in order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the learned Executing Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Ex. No.1762/25, pursuant to order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the said Court, the vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the landlords on 10.10.2025.

As such, in view of N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing remaining therein.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of.
