Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the change in circumstance is the statusreportdated27^^ November,2017 of SHO PS KotlaMubarakPur. The status report dated 27'*^ November,2017 was duly consideredby this Court while passingthe order dated 29^^ November,2017 where after the anticipatory bail appHcations were dismissed. This cannot be the new circumstance.
