Counsel for petitioner states that despite the orders, access to the Clinic was denied on 29th March 2025. Thereafter, despite repeated efforts, the premises at M/s Atrium Newgen Diagnostics, Plot No. 1 SP,Sector 28, Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana-122002 could not be accessed. It is contended that respondent has managed to keep the premises locked, thereby rendering the efforts of the Local Commissioner futile. 3.

A subsequent direction was passed on 9th May 2025 by the Court in OMP.(I) (COMM.) 93/2025, directing that the Local Commissioner shall visit the premises of respondent no.1 on 12th May 2025 at 11:00 AM. 4.

Yet again, access was still not given yesterday, since Mr. Sandeep Shekhawat, the Managing Partner, had written an E-mail to the petitioner stating that the keys of the premises were with another partner-cum-Operations Manager, Ms. Anamika, and requested them to talk to her. However, no call was made to her.

5.

Counsel for petitioner states that this set of actions are clearly an attempt to wilfully disobey the orders of this Court. 6.

On directions of the Court, Mr. Sandeep Shekhawat has appeared through VC and states that he is currently in Netherlands and is returning only on 2nd June 2025.

7.

It has been agreed that the Local Commissioner shall visit the premises on 20th May 2025 at 11:00A.M.
