% 02.02.2018 After some hearing the counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and instead he may be granted liberty to go back to the trial Court with better and more clear evidence about the nuisance with reference to the improper time of the day when the renovation work is being carried out, and also the damage caused to the property, along with the prayer for local inspection. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti.
