This is a petition under Section 407 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of CT Case No.231/2019 pending before the Court of learned MM, Rohini Courts to any other Court. 4.

Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition. He, however, seeks liberty to move an appropriate application before the concerned Trial Court for appearance through Video Conferencing.
