The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for issuance of direction to the Respondents to refund the court fee of Rs.5,41,510/- on the ground that the matter had been settled and a communication has already been sent by the Registrar of this Court to the concerned authority. 2.

Learned Counsel for the GNCTD states that the refund order has already been passed and a copy of the same has been handed over to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner along with the copy of the voucher. 3.
