% 31.01.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration of the FIR No. 93/2013 under Sections 452/354/506 IPC at Police Station Jahangir Puri. With the interventions of their common friends and other family members, petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 22nd April, 2017; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Jasmer Singh of police station Jahangir Puri.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 is also on record at pages 15 and 16, wherein she has stated that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 93/2013 under Sections 452/354/506 IPC registered at Police Station Jahangir Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
