The Petitioner by way of this writ petition seeks to change/alter/modify/amend Rule 10 of the Societies Registration Act. 2.

It is well settled that Courts cannot alter/amend/modify rules which are subordinate legislations. Confronted with this, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a properly drafted writ petition.
