The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking directions for further investigation under Supervision and monitoring of this Court in FIR No. 531/2020 registered at PS Burari .

It is submitted that there are various documents and averments in the Charge Sheet which reflect that there were more than one accused but the Charge Sheet has been filed only against one accused. 3.

Learned ASC has pointed out that a similar Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner which has been disposed of vide Order dated 10.05.2021 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

It has been observed that nothing incriminating, as on date, has been found against two persons namely Narender Pal Singh and Vicky and there was no reason why the investigation be transferred to Crime Branch. 5.

The petitioner then filed a Protest Petition before the learned ASJ, which has also been disposed of vide Order dated 01.02.2023 reaffirming that prima facie the complicity of the proposed accused persons was not evident from the material available on record. 6.

As per the submissions in the Petition itself, it is evident that the Trial is ongoing in the present FIR. There is no ground for further directions as sought by the petitioner. In case any evidence emerges against the two proposed accused, he is at liberty to move an appropriate Application for their summoning, in accordance with law.

The Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
