W.P.(C) 7519/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the above, it is therefore most respectfully prayed as under:
i. That a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction may kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent thereby directing the respondent to de-seal the ground floor of the property bearing no. 79-A, Khasra No. 17/21, Arya Nagar, Nilothi Extension, Near Veer Bazar Road, Delhi - 110041.
ii.
Any other relief which this Hon‟ble Court
deems fit and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent." Learned counsel appearing for the respondent North DMC states, remedy for the petitioner is to approach the ATMCD. Mr. Rama Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition to approach the ATMCD.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
