EX.APPL.(OS)954/2024 in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 193/2022 (under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the petitioner for Withdrawal of the Enforcement Petition) 1.

The above two applications have been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of their petitions on the ground that the matter has been amicably settled in "Vivad se VishwasTak-II" Scheme. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the petitions.

In view of the submissions made, the above two petitions are permitted to be withdrawn.
