Mr. Nawal Kishore Jha, learned Sr. Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents states he has instructions to state, as against the last selected candidate under the OBC category securing 70.74, the petitioner has secured 56 marks. In that sense the petitioner did not make the merit. 2.

Noting the said submission and directing the respondents to give the breakup of 56 marks secured by the petitioner to the counsel for the petitioner within four weeks, we close the petition. CM APPL. 29683/2024 Dismissed as infructuous.
