Navdeep Gupta MM (Rohini courts) Delhi and discharge the accused from the charges sought to be leveled against him and quashed the challan dated 1s"4"2022 and forthwith stop the trial of the abovenoted case based on FIR no. 255 of 2022, P.s" Aman vihar; while passing such other, further and consequential orders that may be deemed fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 3.
