Though learned counsel for the MCD seriously questions the locus of the Petitioner to file such a petition, yet he states that the demolition action with regard to the subject property is scheduled for today. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, the present writ petition is closed with a direction that the action taken report be filed by the Respondent, MCD within six weeks with the Registry of this Court.
