During the course of arguments, it was informed that the petitioner has filed application seeking parole before the competent authority; it has yet not been decided.

Learned counsel for the respondent pray to dispose of the present petitions with the directions for disposal of the application

filed by the petitioner for parole within fifteen days. To this, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.
