Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the matter of the petitioners was placed before the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee has adjourned the same.

Accordingly, he submits that the petitioners need to pursue the matter with the Standing Committee.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to make a representation to the Standing Committee to take up their matter. 4.

Upon the petitioners making a representation to the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee shall consider the case of the petitioners, expeditiously.
