The petitioner has filed this application seeking a direction to "remand" the captioned writ petition to the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"].

The respondents in the writ petition are the Union of India, the Department of Personnel and Training, and the National Craft Museum and Hastkala Academy. They have filed a common counter affidavit dated 28.08.2024, raising an objection that the petitioner's disputes are amenable to adjudication before the Tribunal. 3.
