The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 seeks quashing of the FIR No. 59/2018 under Sections 498A, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18602, registered at P.S. Crime (Women) Cell, Nanak Pura.

The Petitioners, who are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisterin-law of the Complainant have raised several grounds seeking quashing of the aforementioned FIR. However, counsel for the Petitioners acknowledges that the chargesheet has been filed and the matter is now at the stage of arguments on charge, before the Trial Court.

In these circumstances, after making some submissions, counsel for 1 "CrPC"

the Petitioners, states that he will raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the trial Court at the stage of arguments on charge. Accordingly, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 4.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

It is made clear that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case and the Petitioners shall be free to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Trial Court at the stage of charge which shall be duly considered in accordance with law. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
