This suit has been listed before this Court on an Office Note pointing out that all the previous orders in the suit refer to the title of the suit as 'Ms. Nisha Jha & Anr. V. Rakesh Bhatnagar & Anr.' The same is also reflected in the cause list of the Court. However, the Memo of Parties in the suit reflects the name of the plaintiff no. 1 as 'Mrs. Nishi Jha'. Due to this discrepancy in the name of the plaintiff no. 1, the certificate of refund for the court fee could not be prepared. 2.

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the correct name of the plaintiff no. 1 is 'Mrs. Nishi Jha'. 3.

In view of the above, the Order dated 21.05.2024 is modified, and the title of the Suit in the said Order shall be reflected as 'Mrs. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
