The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Letter dated 19.04.2024 issued by Respondent No.1/Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. denying the insurance claim of the Petitioner on the ground that the Petitioner had been suffering from CLD (Hepatitis B) and AKI (Pyelonephritis) since 2017 and the same was not disclosed by the insured which amounts to concealment of material fact. 2.
When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that under Rule 14 of the Insurance Ombudsman Rules, 2017, the Petitioner can approach the Insurance Ombudsman, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to approach the Insurance Ombudsman.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.
The Petitioner is directed to file an application in the prescribed format under Rule 14 of the Insurance Ombudsman Rules, 2017. On the application being filed, the Insurance Ombudsman is directed to consider the case of the Petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of the application filed by the Petitioner.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
