Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has drawn the attention of this Court to an order passed in the case of Kiran Shoes Manufactures Versus Registrar of Copyright and Anr., 2012 (129) DRJ 105 (DB), wherein, cancellation of the copyright in question, was upheld. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, as having been satisfied.
