CM APPL.43828/2025 (filed on behalf of petitioner for directions) 1.

This is an application filed by the petitioner bringing on record the fact that the FIR No. RC 2192023E0008 has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2025 in W.P (CRL) 3116/2024. The relevant portion of the said order reads as under:

"9. Accordingly, FIR No. RC2192023E0008, registered at P.S. EO-I, Delhi, and all the proceeding emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. Consequently, as the FIR itself has been quashed, the Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioners in connection with the impugned FIR also stand quashed."

It is submitted that the said FIR formed the sole basis for the impugned communication dated 06.03.2025, and the refusal for renewal of the petitioner's passport.

Considering that the said FIR no longer survives, there is no impediment in issuance of a passport in favour of the petitioner. 4.

petitioner's application for renewal of passport in accordance with law. The petitioner shall take a fresh appointment with the concerned authority in this regard. Thereafter, the authority shall bestow its urgent consideration to the petitioner's application and take a requisite decision within a period four weeks from the date of appointment with the concerned authority. 5.

The application as well as the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
