The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - "A. Hold the Contemnor/s, guilty for gross Contempt of Court for deliberate and willfully disobeying the Judgment and directions of this Hon'ble Court, under the Contempt of Courts Act, I971 and thus be punished in accordance with law for disobedience of Judgment dated 01st November 2022 passed in WP(C) 2350/2011 passed by Hon'b1e Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar. B. And this Hon'ble Court may pass any other order or order as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."
