The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that necessary directions be issued to the respondents for issuance of an NOC to the petitioner for the purpose of renewal of the petitioner's passport. 2.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the requisite NOC has been furnished by the respondent no. 2 (i.e. the employer of the petitioner) on 06.05.2025. As such, the primary grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In view thereof, there appears to be no impediment in renewing the passport of the petitioner.

Let the respondent no. 3 / Ministry of External Affairs take expeditious steps for renewal of passport of the petitioner under intimation to the petitioner.
