In a connected/ related suit inter se the parties, they have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 15th February, 2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, in clause 8 whereof, the Appellant herein has agreed to withdraw the present appeal. A copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over across the board, and is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above settlement, Mr. Mohan Vidhani, counsel for Appellant, states that he would like to withdraw the present appeal. 3.
