1. Mr. Dhingra, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor states that a sum of Rs. 75,438/- which, as per the calculation sheet, is payable to decree-holder Nos. 1 to 3 namely Mrs. Usha Aggarwal, Mr. Subeer Aggarwal and Mrs. Shuchita Aggarwal as per the bank account details shall be paid within 1 week from today.
2. The possession of the back open courtyard and middle portion of the property being 53, Meharchand Market, New Delhi from the date of payment, shall be with the judgment-debtor No.2, namely Mr. Chandra Prakash Gautam.
3. The interest accrued on the amount of Rs. 2,48,55,000/- deposited by the judgment debtor shall be released to the decree-holder No.1 namely Mrs. Usha Aggarwal only and the interest on the amount of Rs. 2,70,15,570/- deposited by the judgment-debtor shall be released in favour of all the decree-holders/nominee/ counsel.
