Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner with the following prayer: "a) Quash the FIR No.185/2024, dated 09.05.2024, U/s 451/506/34 IPC, PS: Jamia Nagar and consequent proceedings arising out of the same in the interest of Justice." 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the issue pertains to landlord-tenant dispute and despite the fact that petitioner is willing to grant six months time to respondent No. 3 and 4 for vacating the premises, they are not forthcoming for mediation.

do not intend to take any coercive action against the petitioner at this stage, but, in case, the same is required to be taken, a notice of two weeks shall be given to the petitioner to enable him to take appropriate steps. He further informs that final report shall be shortly filed within a period of four weeks. 4.
In view of statement made by learned ASC for State, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
