O R D E R
% 15.07.2019 I find that the petitioner has filed this petition impleading 34 respondents. In substance, the challenge in this writ petition is to the orders passed by the CIC against various authorities. The petitioner has been impressed upon to withdraw the petition and file separate petitions against individual authorities. She has agreed for the same. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
I have been informed by the petitioner that she has filed two sets of the writ petition in the Registry. If that be so, Registry shall retain one set and return the annexures of the duplicate (second) set to the petitioner. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J JULY 15, 2019/jg
