Learned counsel for petitioner submits that matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

Settlement has taken place on 12.08.2025 under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and as per the broad terms of settlement, the decree in question would stand satisfied against total payment of Rs. 4,10,000/- to the decree holder bank and the balance outstanding payment is to made on or before 30.08.2025 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the abovesaid settlement, he does not press the present petition and would also place copy of such settlement before the learned Executing Court for its due consideration.

The present petition has been filed by judgment debtor who was aggrieved by issuance of warrants of arrest against him. Obviously, in case the payment is made in terms of abovesaid settlement, even the execution petition would stand disposed of as satisfied or withdrawn. 5.

09.05.2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court.

In view of the settlement, the abovesaid amount along with the accrued interest, if any, is directed to be released unconditionally to the respondent-bank.

Learned counsel for parties assure that they would abide by the terms of settlement.

In view of the abovesaid settlement, while setting aside the impugned order whereby the arrest warrants had been issued by the learned Executing Court, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the abovesaid settlement.
