1. Despite a final opportunity having been granted to the Petitioner on the last occasion subject to payment of Rs.20,000/- as costs, the Petitioner has not complied with that order.

2. Today learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that she has been unable to contact the Petitioner and one more opportunity must be granted to pay the costs.

3. Considering that above order was passed more than two months ago, the Court sees no reason to grant a further opportunity.
