Having regard to the decree of the suit which was passed in the sum of Rs. Rs.31,60,200/, the learned counsel on both sides fairly agree that on account of change of pecuniary jurisdiction and the order issued by Hon'ble the Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, this execution petition is liable to be transferred to the District Court for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The learned counsel on both sides agree that the jurisdiction would vest in the District Court (North District) of Delhi, located at Rohini, Court Complex, Delhi. Thus, the execution petition is transferred to the District Judge (North District) of Delhi, located at Rohini Court Complex for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The learned District Judge District Judge (North District) may retain the execution petition on his own board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under his control within his discretion. 4.

The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 14th February, 2017.
