Pursuant to order dated 09.04.2024, the affidavit of contemnor is on record. The contemnor has tendered unconditional apology. 2.

Moreover, the learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the disputes were essentially between the two brothers, the allegations were made against the counsel (petitioner herein) who was representing the other brother. 3.

Such brother and the counsel (petitioner herein) have no objection if respondent is discharged.

Though, we were inclined to impose some cost, learned counsel for respondent Mr. Y.K. Kapur, who is a very seasoned counsel, has come forward and assures that respondent has learnt a lesson and would not repeat any such thing in future. We, therefore, refrain from passing any order in this regard. 5.

However, respondent/contemnor is discharged in view of his unconditional apology.
