Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Bhupender Yadav, Treasurer of the Petitioner Association, seeks to withdraw this writ petition to file a fresh writ petition setting out the case for equal pay for equal work as, according to learned counsel, persons junior to the Petitioner in the same hierarchy and cadre are drawing more pay. 2.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
