The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking appropriate writ, Order and direction to assign the Complaint to a competent and honest officer for just and speedy investigation. Direction is also sought to the Police officials to register a correct FIR for the offences under Sections 498 A, 406, 269, 270, 295, 153A, 506, 509, 34 IPC and u/s 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and release Petitioner's istridhan. So far as the above Prayers are concerned, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that Charge-Sheet stands already filed on 02.12.2023 before the learned Trial Court, who is proceeding in accordance with the law.

Another prayer is made that disciplinary action / enquiry be directed against Respondents No. 5 to 8 for violation to perform their public duty. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in this regard directions have already been issued by the learned MM, however, some other directions are also required to be made. Petitioner is at liberty to agitate them before the learned Trial Court.

So far as prayer that investigation be handed over to a competent and honest Officer is concerned, Charge-sheet in the case stands already filed and this prayer has become infructuous.

With regard to prayer to direct Respondent No.9 to release istridhan of the Petitioner, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.9 submits that Order has already been made by the learned Trial Court, which shall be complied in accordance with the law.

Petitioner is at liberty to make Application for release of istridhan before the learned Trial Court.

In view of the above, nothing more survives for consideration in the present Petition and it is accordingly disposed of.
