The applicant herein seeks modification in the bail conditions to the extent that he be allowed to travel out of Delhi and that he be exempted from appearing before the concerned IO/SHO every week.

The applicant was granted bail by order dated 08.07.2024. Thereafter, the bail conditions imposed upon the applicant were modified by order dated 16.07.2024.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not a permanent resident of Delhi. He submits that the applicant is not a well-qualified person and he is not sure that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. he will get an employment in Delhi. He submits that the applicant thus needs to travel to secure a livelihood. 6.
He further submits that the cost of living in Delhi is very high and the applicant is not in a position to sustain himself. 7.
He further submits that the applicant has no passport. 8.
Considering the averments, the conditions imposed by this Court in Paragraph 117 of order dated 08.07.2024, as modified by this Court by order dated 16.07.2024, is further modified to be read as under:
"The applicant is, therefore, directed to be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of ₹1,00,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, on the following conditions: a. The applicant shall join and cooperate with the investigation as and when directed by the IO; b. The applicant will not leave the boundaries of the country;
c. The applicant shall provide the details of his address to the learned Trial Court and intimate the Court, by way of an affidavit, as well as the IO about any change in his residential address;
d. The applicant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times;
e. The applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing;
f. The applicant, after his release, shall appear physically, once in every two weeks, before the concerned SHO who has jurisdiction over the area where he resides. The applicant shall also appear before the concerned Investigating Officer of the present case once a week through video conferencing;
g. The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case or tamper with the evidence of the case, in any manner whatsoever."

The application stands allowed in the aforesaid terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
