The present petition has been filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No.1357/2015 registered under Sections 498-A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Tilak Nagar.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled inter se the parties.

In light of the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view of the fact that the matter is stated to have been settled between the parties, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Yuvraj Puri in the present case subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 4.
The petitioner is directed not to tamper with the evidence, not to influence the prosecution witnesses and not to leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned. 5.
With aforesaid directions, the present bail application stands disposed of.
