Films and other goods through bills of entry dated 04.10.2016 and 17.10.2016. The assessments were made on 05.01.2017. It is stated that the petitioner has sought the provisional release of the goods. 5.

Counsel for the first respondent points out that the application for provisional release did not contain all particulars. He, however, states that since the particulars of the bills of entry have been now mentioned in the writ petition, an appropriate order, for the provisional release of the goods and the conditions under which they would be released, should be made having regard to the provisions of law.

In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to pass the appropriate provisional release order within three weeks from today after considering the petitioner's contentions. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms. 7.
