This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of decree holder Nos. 6 and 7 seeking directions to the Registrar General, Delhi High Court to accept the stamp paper for the value of Rs.1,21,34,000/- for the stamping of the final partition decree dated 19.12.2017 passed in CS(OS)/3014/2011 at the market value of the suit property at Rs.91,00,00,000/-. 2.

Mr. Swaminadhan, learned counsel for the decree holders, states that the decree holders had filed an application vide a letter dated 20.03.2025 requesting initiation of the stamping process by the learned Registrar General. However, the Registry has not processed the said application. 3.

For the said reason, the Registrar General, Delhi High Court is requested to dispose of the application dated 20.03.2025 moved by the decree holders in accordance with law, before the next date of hearing.
