1. Learned counsel for the Respondent has handed over a copy of an office order dated 6th June, 2019 which according to him grants the benefit prayed for by the Petitioner. The copy thereof has been handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court for directions in case the above order does not entirely grant the relief prayed for in the petition.
