This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 7561/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks mandamus and direct the respondents to update and revise the pension of the petitioner after considering the letter/representation dated 13.05.2018 and 01.03.2019 which are at page 110 to 114 of the writ petition.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner retired way back in 1993 and the

representation was made in the year 2018, however, on the said representation of the petitioner, no response was given by the respondents. Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and the fact recorded above, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent No.1 to decide the representation mentioned above within three months from the receipt of this order and decision to be taken shall be conveyed to the petitioner within one week thereafter. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
