MC 547/2016 This is an application under Section 439 (2) Cr.PC read with Section 482 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner seeking cancellation of bail on the ground that the interim bail was granted to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5, however, they are misusing the concession of the same while following the petitioner for which a complaint has been lodged. Since only interim bail has been granted, it will be desirable that the appropriate application is moved before the Court concerned. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition.
