W.P.(C) 7591/2019, CM Nos. 31585/2019, 32913/2019 & 32916/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may be graciously be pleased to:

i) direct the respondent NOs.1 and 2 to protect the petitioners from dispossession / sealing / impounding of cattles in terms of the notice dated 04.07.2019 and 12.06.2019;

ii) direct the respondent No.4 not to disconnect the existing electricity connections of the petitioners; iii) direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to extend time period to the petitioners who are in possession of applying Dairy Licences to respondent No.1 and 2; iv) direct respondent NO.3 Govt. of NCT of Delhi to impleadment and provide required facilities as per the law to the dairy farmers in the authorised complex; v) Pass any further orders this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, And for this Act of kindness the petitioners shall ever be grateful."

In effect the submission of Mr. Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioners is that all the petitioners have applied for grant of license to run dairy farm at Madanpur Khadar, Delhi. The apprehension is that without deciding the applications, coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.

Ms. Puja Karla, learned counsel appearing for the SDMC states that as per her instructions the applications of the petitioners for grant of license to run dairy farm shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed

within ten days. She also states that till the appropriate orders are passed, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the SDMC, Mr. Bhatia states that the writ petition and connected applications be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly. V.
