The present petition is listed on the basis of an office note indicating that Ms Neena Bansal Krishna, District and Sessions Judge, South-East, Saket Court, New Delhi passed an order dated 10.07.2019 expressing unwillingness to hear the appeal (Appeal No.RCT/ARCT No.14/2017 captioned 'Vinod Kumar & Ors. v. Jagdish Prashad & Ors.'). The said appeal was preferred under Section 38 of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, impugning an order/judgment dated 28.08.2017 passed by ACJ- South-East, Saket Court in Eviction Petition No.5087/2016 captioned 'Jagdish Prasad and Ors. v. Shri Vinod Kumar & Ors. Since the said petition is required to be adjudicated by the District Judge, the said petition is required to be placed before another court.

In view of the above, the said appeal is transferred from the court of District Judge (South-East), Saket Court Complex to the District and Sessions Judge (South), Saket Court Complex.

The parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 05.08.2019.
