The learned counsel for the applicant prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

He further prays that the learned Trial Court be requested to expedite the conclusion of the trial.

Considering that the applicant is in custody since 22.06.2020 and the majority of the witnesses already stand examined before the learned Trial Court, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the conclusion of the trial and make endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months of the first listing of the trial before it post this order.

The Bail Application is disposed of in the above terms. 5.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for ensuring compliance.
