3. The present appeal raises a question regarding valuation. Under Section 130 E (b) of the Customs Act, 1962 an appeal from the order of the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal on the question of valuation would lie directly to the Supreme Court. In that view of the CUSAA 9/2016

matter, learned counsel for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file an appeal in the Supreme Court in accordance with law.
