dated 14^ March, 2017. He further states that an arbitral award dated 15"^ April, 2017 has also been passed in accordance with the Settlement Agreement.

Both the learned counsel assure and undertake to this Court that the Settlement Agreement dated 14^ March, 2017 shall be complied with. The statements made by both the learned counsel are accepted by this Court and parties are held bound by the same.
