CONT.CAS(C) 617/2019 & CM APPL. 45248/2019 As per the compliance affidavit, the retiral benefits including the gratuity and leave encashment amounts as also the pension is stated to have been released. For the delay in the remittance of the due amounts or the delay in the release of pension and the fact that the SLP came to be dismissed by the Supreme Court on 29.07.2019, the Court does not consider it necessary to proceed further with the contempt proceedings and the same are dropped.
