This is an application for recall of the order dated 21.8.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is apprehending that vide order dated 21.8.2019, the petitioner has been barred from moving any application for bail, either before the Trial Court or before the High Court. 3.

Learned APP submitted that the order dated 21.8.2019 is very clear and there is nothing in that order which bars the petitioner from moving any fresh application or any further application for bail in accordance with law, either before the Trial Court or before the High Court.

There is nothing in the order dated 21.8.2019 which restrained or bars the petitioner from moving any fresh application for bail, either before the Trial Court or the High Court, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
